Neither the smallest muscle is not outside the load! “Hi this is Vince Del Monte and The Metabolic Ab-Shredder is my most powerful belly-blasting workout ever created. It’s strip the fat off your stomach proving that spot-reduction is possible

Get ready to:
Burn up to 3x more fat by training during the most “fat-senstive” time of the day …
Rely on research-proven abdominal-shredding exercises …
Throw every excuse out the window and try out my most powerful belly-blasting workout ever created. This new approach to fat-burning will become your go-to method for last-minute deadlines for looking your best.
Let’s do this together. “(Vince Del Monte)
ASP.NET AJAX & Web Deployment Step by Step tutorials
English | 2011 | AVI | Include Source Code | 1.58 GB

ASP.NET Ajax is a very powerful Ajax framework. However, when you build a real Ajax site like those out there in the Web 2.0 world, you face many problems that you will hardly find documented anywhere.
In this article, I will show some advance-level ideas that I learned while building Pageflakes. We will look at the advantages and disadvantages of Batch calls, Ajax call timeouts, browser call jam problems, ASP.NET 2.0′s bug in web service response caching, and so on.

Ajax is a group of interrelated web development methods used on the client-side to create interactive web applications. With Ajax, web applications can retrieve data from the server asynchronously in the background without interfering with the display and behavior of the existing page.

Ajax uses a combination of HTML and CSS to mark up and style information. The DOM is accessed with javascript to dynamically display, and to allow the user to interact with the information presented. javascript and the XMLHttpRequest object provide a method for exchanging data asynchronously between browser and server to avoid full page reloads.

Ajax, shorthand for Asynchronous javascript and XML, is a set of technologies that allows you to create Web applications that don’t need to refresh Web pages in the browser. You can operate behind the scenes, connecting to the server, uploading and downloading data, and display the results in the browser using dynamic HTML. Using Ajax gives your Web pages the feel of a desktop application-the whole display will no longer flash when you click a button. VTC Author Steve Holzner helps you get started developing and building your own Ajax capable web pages. A familiarity with javascript, XML, PHP is recommended for this course. To begin learning, simply click the links.

AppDev – ASP.NET Using Visual C Sharp 2010

24 Modules | 27 Hrs | 1.72 GB

In this course, you’ll learn how to use features of Visual Studio 2010 and Visual C# 2010 to build ASP.NET Web pages. You’ll gain an understanding of the architecture behind ASP.NET and how to use the various ASP.NET server controls. You’ll learn to create consistent web sites using Master Pages, add membership features and configure-deploy ASP.NET applications, to authenticate users and limit their access to resources, direct users using Site Navigation tools, debug .NET, and to display/edit data using ASP.NET and ADO.NET. In addition, you’ll learn about ASP.NET features, such as support for LINQ (Language Integrated Query), CSS tools, and will become familiar with the tracing features in Visual Studio that help you quickly troubleshoot issues. You will also learn how to work with ASP.NET Profile features, ASP.NET Web Parts, and how to take advantage of creating your own user-defined control. As you progress through the course you will learn about optimizing your sites, the ListView control, and so much more.

In this course, you will learn to:

* Use ASP.NET server controls to generate HTML and to execute event procedures
* Configure and deploy ASP.NET applications
* Promote consistency within your Web site through the use of Master Pages
* Use Membership features to manage your Web users
* Use Site Navigation controls to direct users within your site
* Add scalability and reliability by setting up an out-of-process session state server
* Use ASP.NET’s new CSS tools to create consistent and maintainable sites
* Debug .NET code that runs on the server to generate Web pages and interact with the user
* Find problems in JavaScript code and learn about other debugging tools in Visual Studio
* Use tracing to find problems in a Web site and monitor performance
* Display and edit data using the databound DataList, Repeater, and ListView controls

Prerequisites: This course assumes that students have already been introduced to Visual Studio 2008 or 2010 and Visual C#, and have a basic understanding of the .NET Framework. Some prior experience with Web development will also be helpful.
